What is FUE?
Hair restored the way it grew naturally.
FUE (follicular unit extraction) harvests hair follicle units individually and re-implants them where hair is thin or missing. No strip of scalp is removed, no linear scar is left behind, and recovery is measured in days, not weeks.
Dr. Lam performs every step himself — the author of the definitive FUE textbook series, he has placed grafts for over two and a half decades and photographed each result for the practice's public library of 6,000+ before-and-afters.

FAQ
Common questions.
Is FUE painful?
The donor area is numbed locally. Most patients describe mild soreness for a few days and return to normal activity quickly.
When will I see results?
Shedding in the first weeks is normal; new growth becomes visible around 3–4 months, with full density maturing over 8–12 months.
Will the result look natural?
Yes — the hairline is designed from your own facial proportions and each graft placed at its natural angle. The practice documents over 6,000 before-and-afters.
Am I a candidate?
The best way to know is a consultation. Dr. Lam assesses donor supply, hair quality, and your goals — including whether a non-surgical option fits better.
